The Cellar Bar want to do more for their customers than just sell beverages, to that end several events related to whisky are organised through out the year.

Whisky Tasting Evenings

Tastings take place through out the year and provide an opportunity to sample a variety of fine whiskies with the proceeds of the evening going to a deserving charity.

In addition there is always a "Malt of the Month" available at the bar, a very competitively priced malt whisky that you may wish to sample.

Distillery Tours

These trips can take place several times during the year and are very informative, educational and give a fabulous insight into the history and the production of famous Scottish whisky brands.

Promotion and Party Evenings

Many of these events are sponsored by the trade to launch new products or gain customer feedback. Some events are proposed and organised by the bar clientele and many of these evenings have been a fantastic success over the years.
